The Sci-Fi drama Amazing - China’s first film partnership with the NBA - features top stars from China, Taiwan, Korea and the US alongside NBA stars Carmelo Anthony, Dwight Howard and Scottie Pippen. Frank Fitzpatrick’s Tron-like original score was performed by the Chinese National Orchestra featuring China’s lead soprano Ying Huang.
Through the combination of an epic Hollywood film score and original R&B and Hip Hop tracks, Fitzpatrick and his partner - Director Sherwood Hu - were instrumental in redefining the sound of contemporary Chinese cinema. His theme song premiered live at the 2013 Shanghai Int’l Film Festival, broadcasting to over 200 million viewers.
